EL DUMPO! Remnants of a cabin. Fabulous valley view. Ideal for self-contained vehicles with water, electricity & bathroom. Close to Johnson Valley Off Hwy Park, but not too close to the noise. Once had electricity, electric pole on road. Dirt road is usually well groomed and can be traveled by regular car but 4-wheel is always a better option.
Johnson Valley is home to Off HWY vehicle park, hiking, horseback riding. Magnificent views of the valley and the mountains. Only 45 minutes to Palm Springs or to Big Bear Lake and its resorts. Feels like a thousand miles away but only 15 minutes to provisions, mini-mart and gas station. The valley has a community center and offers events, dinners, parties, recreation and Saturday Breakfast from 7:00-10:00. So you can be active or inactive and just enjoy the High Desert.
